Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist evaluates residents to determine rehabilitation needs and develops individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and functional independence. They also supervise therapy assistants, communicate with the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate medical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess a valid state license in good standing. Proficiency in computer systems like Net Health and Point Click Care is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
