Key Responsibilities

will be dividing their time between SNF setting and infusion/outpatient cardiology clinic.

will play a vital role in filling the gaps and needs of our heart failure population, educating our patients and families lifestyle modifications, GDMT and providing an additional resource to the affiliated cardiology practices.
