Job Summary

As a Diagnostic Sonographer with ProMedica Physicians, you will perform a variety of procedures to help a physician diagnose and treat patients.

You will perform echocardiography 2D, M-Mode, color flow Doppler studies and document any important information. You will prepare patients for exams and explain procedures.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent

Must have current registration as a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) granted by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or equivalent training that is accepted by the ARMDS or must be registry eligible. Registry eligible sonographers must successfully complete all requirements within 6 months of hire date. If this is not completed, the employee will be terminated.
