Job Description
Immediate need for a part-time Periodontist in San Francisco, CA. 2 days per month.

Requirements
Candidates must hold a Periodontics Residency Certificate and be a graduate of an accredited dental school. Additional requirements include valid professional licenses and certifications such as CPR, DEA, and NPI.
