Job Description
Immediate need for a Part-Time Periodontist in Santa Rosa, CA. 1 day per month.
Gentle Dental provides a large network of resources to empower our Dental

Periodontist in Santa Rosa, CA.

Requirements
Must be a graduate of an accredited dental school with a Periodontics Residency Certificate. Required certifications include CPR, DEA, and NPI licenses.
