Dental Hygienist (RDH) | Waynesboro Family Dentistry, Waynesboro, VA | Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm

Four-day week, done by 4pm. No weekends.

Waynesboro Family Dentistry is hiring a registered dental hygienist for our family practice. You’ll work with two dentists: Dr. Jordan Wiley, who places a strong emphasis on preventive dentistry and patient communication, and Dr. Emily Groff, who especially enjoys treating children.

Our in-house wellness plan includes a dedicated periodontal plan built around 3- and 4-month perio maintenance, so perio patients have a clear path to staying on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Provide prophylaxis, scaling and root planing (SRP), and periodontal maintenance for patients of all ages
• Review medical and dental histories and perform oral health and oral cancer screenings
• Take X-rays and digital radiographs
• Apply preventive treatments such as sealants and fluoride
• Educate patients on home care and prevention
• Document treatment and collaborate with the dentists on treatment planning
