Once you complete your CFY and obtain your CCC - Guaranteed Rate Increase! In addition to CFY supervision, our new graduate SLPs have access to ongoing clinical mentorship, professional support, and a team dedicated to your success. Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and provide personalized speech therapy services that improve communication, cognition, swallowing function and overall quality of life

Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on speech, language, cognitive and swallowing rehabilitation goals

Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions that support functional independence in adult and geriatric patients

Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care

Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs

Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or license eligible in the state of practice
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program
  • Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
  • Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
