Key Responsibilities
The provider is responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare in both clinic and telehealth settings while meeting patient volume goals. They will lead clinic staff, perform diagnostic assessments, prescribe medications, and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing and possess at least 1-2 years of experience in a relevant practice such as Urgent Care or Family Medicine. An active, verifiable license and DEA registration are required, along with the ability to obtain DOT certification.
