Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist provides skilled therapy services in accordance with physician plans of care to restore patient function and self-care abilities. They are responsible for assessing patient needs, designing orthotics, and educating patients and caregivers on injury management and disease prevention.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Michigan Occupational Therapy license, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Previous home health care experience is preferred for this role.
