Liberty POST is currently seeking a motivated and energetic Early Childhood Physical Therapist (PT) to work with children who are 3-5 years old in our Preschool Special Education programs. An immediate position is available in Rochester.

Evaluate, monitor, and track the progress of children aged 3-5 to adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate and confidential records using an Electronic Medical Record system while providing direct therapy and family education.
Candidates must hold a current New York State License and Certification in Physical Therapy. A minimum of one year of experience in an early childhood setting and a valid driver's license are required.
