The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide case supervision for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. They are also responsible for mentoring RBTs and behavior technicians while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree and possess an active BCBA certification along with Michigan licensure as a Behavior Analyst. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required for this role.
