Key Responsibilities
The ADON supervises and coordinates nursing personnel within a correctional setting to ensure patient needs are met. They collaborate with leadership to fulfill contractual requirements and achieve clinical performance targets.
Requirements
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school and licensed to practice in the state. A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required, with a preference for correctional healthcare and management experience.
