Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans to improve participant mobility and function. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and ensure safety within the home and day health center.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Physical Therapy and possess an active State of Michigan license. At least one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population is required.
