Job Description

Are you ready to keep growing, collaborate with a strong team, and find a place that is genuinely invested in you?

At Woven Care, we’re a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We’re looking to hire clinicians who want to collaborate with a strong team and are ready to grow.

To attract and retain this kind of team, we do things a bit differently: prioritizing manageable caseloads to cut back on burnout, providing administrative task support so clients remain the focus, and supporting our team with mentorship, learning opportunities, and real career growth.

What Your Day Looks Like

You will join a team that loves what they do and are excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, OT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.

Day-to-day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-on-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. We serve children ages 0-21 with our primary caseload ranging from 3 to 16. Teammates have a productivity of 72.50% of their day.

The majority of our clinics are open 5 days per week (some 4 days), and we offer flexibility for either a 5-day schedule or a 4-day, 10-hour work week. A typical day runs from 8:00 AM–6:00 PM, with patient care in the morning, a lunch break from 12–1, and continued sessions in the afternoon.

What We're Offering

Schedule that fits your life: Four- or five-day work weeks, part-time options, flex days. Autonomy for you to build a schedule around your life!

Student loan repayment: Partnering with SoFi, we provide you with $200/month right to the heart of your principal loan amount! Added over your tenure with Woven Care, this benefit can save tens of thousands of dollars and years off your loan.

Growth opportunities from the start: We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that’s why we’ve built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:

$250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure

Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Strong Compensation: Salary Range: $83,000–$89,000/year. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation!

Performance-based monthly bonus: We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!

Sign-on bonus: Up to a $7,000 bonus.

Benefits options: Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!
