Requirements
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine degree and be board certified in family practice or internal medicine. A minimum of 4 years of clinical medical practice with healthcare management experience is preferred, along with an unrestricted medical license and current DEA registration.
