  • At least 3 years of BCBA experience.
  • At least 3 years of progressive experience leading training, learning and development, or organizational development initiatives.
  • Experience designing and delivering training across multiple roles, departments, and/or locations.

Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, competency-based training, and program evaluation.

Experience working with learning management systems, digital training platforms, and technology-enabled learning solutions.

  • The ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences.
  • Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
