Key Responsibilities

The clinician will conduct in-home health evaluations lasting about 45 minutes, which include medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and diagnostic tests as ordered. This role involves joining a national network of clinicians dedicated to improving health outcomes by providing connections to the right care for individuals' unique needs.

Requirements

Candidates must possess an active, unrestricted license in the coverage areas and be board certified. Multi-state licenses are preferred, and the role requires flexibility to travel locally and within licensed states, as well as conducting virtual visits when needed.
