Job description
Join Mayo Clinic as a Clinical Social Worker - LCSW or LICSW - Integrated Behavioral Health - Primary Care in Remote - Nationwide. Mayo Clinic is seeking a full-time Clinical Social Worker to join our Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Team. This outpatient role enhances access to behavioral health services and supports population health.

Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Social Worker will conduct diagnostic assessments, provide short-term psychotherapy, and facilitate crisis interventions within a multidisciplinary team. They are also responsible for developing treatment plans and coordinating care to address social determinants of health for patients.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a master's degree in social work and at least two years of supervised therapy experience in behavioral health or medical settings. A current LCSW or LICSW license through the Minnesota Board of Social Work is required.
