Key Responsibilities
The Director of Nursing provides operational leadership and oversight for primary care and medication-assisted treatment services across all agency locations. They are responsible for supervising nursing staff, developing clinical workflows, and ensuring compliance and quality patient outcomes.
Requirements
A Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred, along with a bachelor's degree, though an associate degree with at least one year of relevant experience is accepted. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Electronic Health Records, specifically NextGen, are required.
