Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and independence for geriatric patients. Deliver hands-on interventions and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program and hold an active state PT license. Requires a passion for geriatric care and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
