Qualifications
What you'll do Complete intake assessments and reassessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or similar) Write treatment plans with skill-building and behavior reduction goals Review data and adjust programs Supervise RBTs and give them feedback Train parents and caregivers Work with teachers and speech and occupational therapists Finish progress reports and reauthorizations on time What you need Current BCBA certification with the BACB Experience with functional behavior assessments and treatment planning Experience with children with autism Strong writing and organization Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license English required; Spanish is a strong plus Ability to pass a Level 2 background screening Background screening This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse, as required by Chapter 435 and section 408.809, Florida Statutes.

Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure effective care for children with autism. They are also responsible for training caregivers and maintaining accurate progress reports and reauthorizations.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current BCBA certification and have experience with functional behavior assessments and treatment planning for children with autism. Strong organizational skills and the ability to pass a Level 2 background screening are mandatory.
