Key Responsibilities
Provide coordinated physical therapy services to home health patients of all age groups under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Participate in the coordination of care and meet the individualized psychosocial needs of patients and their families.
Requirements
Requires an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school and a current state license or multi-state license. One year of experience as a physical therapy assistant is preferred, along with reliable transportation and valid auto insurance.
