About the Role
Join Central City Concern as a Clinical Pharmacist – No Weekends, M-F Schedule in United States. This position provides the services of a clinical pharmacist to the Blackburn Center clinic. The clinical pharmacist will serve as a link between CCC pharmacy and Clinic providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and management of a Medication Therapy Management program.
- Participate in the development of a Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and perform drug usage and evaluation reports as needed for this committee.
- Ensure safe, appropriate, cost
- effective medication therapies for patients according to the established laws, rules, policies, procedures, and protocols.
Requirements
- BS in Pharmacy from an accredited pharmacy school required. Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.
- Must be eligible for licensure in the State of Oregon, and obtained, prior to employment start date. PGY
- 1 residency training, (or equivalent training or experience) is preferred.
- Contemporary ambulatory pharmacy medication management and retail pharmacy operation management skills preferred.

- Salary: $142K - $184K
