About the Role

Join Central City Concern as a Clinical Pharmacist – No Weekends, M-F Schedule in United States. This position provides the services of a clinical pharmacist to the Blackburn Center clinic. The clinical pharmacist will serve as a link between CCC pharmacy and Clinic providers.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the development and management of a Medication Therapy Management program.

Participate in the development of a Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee and perform drug usage and evaluation reports as needed for this committee.

Ensure safe, appropriate, cost

effective medication therapies for patients according to the established laws, rules, policies, procedures, and protocols.

Requirements

BS in Pharmacy from an accredited pharmacy school required. Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.

Must be eligible for licensure in the State of Oregon, and obtained, prior to employment start date. PGY

1 residency training, (or equivalent training or experience) is preferred.

Contemporary ambulatory pharmacy medication management and retail pharmacy operation management skills preferred.

Salary: $142K - $184K
