Key Responsibilities
Conduct 30-minute virtual video visits with health plan members to review medical histories and medications. Educate members on their health and help close gaps in care to connect them with appropriate medical services.
Requirements
Must be a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active state license in Oregon. Requires a private remote workspace with high-speed broadband and the ability to maintain high visit completion rates.
