The X-Ray Technician performs digital X-ray studies and assists in patient care under the direction of providers. Responsibilities include patient positioning, documentation in the EMR, performing lab tests, and managing administrative tasks like scheduling and triage.
Candidates must hold an ARRT certification and possess BLS certification from the American Heart Association. An associate degree from an ARRT-accredited institute and one year of experience in radiation safety and patient care are preferred.
