Department: Inpatient
Schedule: Day shift | PRN
Salary range: $53.00 - $56.00 per hour
How you'll make an impact in this role
Develop, implement, and regularly reassess individualized, patient-centered plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.
Deliver evidence-based interventions across complex diagnoses, including neurological, oncological, orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and medically complex conditions.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, optimize outcomes, and support safe, effective discharge planning.
Utilize innovative rehabilitation technologies and best practices to maximize functional recovery and independence.
Minimum weekend and holiday requirement.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted required.
Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Speech language pathologist provisional license will be accepted until license is issued. License must be obtained within 12 months of hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.
