Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality healthcare to a wide variety of ages in collaboration with the in-office physician
• Obtain patient history, perform examinations, and treat accordingly

Requirements & Skills

• Board Eligible
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have excellent multitasking, organizational, and computer skills
• Licensed to practice in the State of Indiana

Travel Requirements

• Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of Lafayette, IN, may be required, with scheduling designed to support patient care and clinic needs.
