Occupational Therapist, (OT) - Home Health Visits

Key Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will perform home visits to evaluate patient functional status and develop individualized intervention plans. They will also educate patients and families on rehabilitative care while documenting all services provided via electronic medical records.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license and have at least one year of recent work experience. Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program is required, along with strong organizational and computer skills.
