Join Helio Health as a Counselor Aide – Day Shift in Liverpool, New York. Helio Health, one of Central NY’s premier behavioral healthcare providers, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Counselor Aide. The Counselor Aide is responsible to operate as a team member in providing services to residents with mental health issues and chemical addictions.
This position offers day shifts only, a signing bonus. Work with Helio Health in Liverpool, New York.
The Counselor Aide assists with clinical tasks including patient screening, intake, crisis response, and case management. They also participate in administrative committees and represent the agency within the community.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Previous experience in customer service or human services is preferred, along with a valid NYS Driver’s License.
