Helio Health, one of Central NY’s premier behavioral healthcare providers, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Counselor Aide. The Counselor Aide is responsible to operate as a team member in providing services to residents with mental health issues and chemical addictions.
This position offers a signing bonus. Work with Helio Health in Town of Henrietta, New York.
The Counselor Aide assists with patient screening, intake, counseling, and crisis response within an inpatient behavioral health setting. They also participate in clinical committees, maintain accurate records, and represent the agency to the community.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Previous experience in customer service or human services is preferred, and a valid NYS Driver’s License is required.
