Helio Health, one of Central NY’s premier behavioral healthcare providers, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Overnight Counselor Aide. The Counselor Aide is responsible to operate as a team member in providing services to residents with mental health issues and chemical addictions.
This position offers a signing bonus. Work with Helio Health in Town of Henrietta, New York.
The Counselor Aide assists with screening, intake, counseling, and crisis response for residents in an inpatient behavioral health program. They also participate in administrative committees, maintain accurate records, and perform quality assurance activities.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Candidates with experience in customer service or human services are preferred, and a valid NYS Driver’s License is required.
