Join Helio Health as a Counselor Aide – Overnight Shift in Liverpool, New York. Helio Health, one of Central NY’s premier behavioral healthcare providers, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Counselor Aide. The Counselor Aide is responsible to operate as a team member in providing services to residents with mental health issues and chemical addictions.
This position offers a signing bonus. Work with Helio Health in Liverpool, New York.
The Counselor Aide assists with screening, intake, counseling, and crisis response for residents with mental health and addiction issues. They also participate in administrative committees and maintain accurate patient records.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Previous experience in customer service or human services is preferred, along with a valid NYS Driver’s License.
