Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs while managing a caseload to ensure high-quality client outcomes. They will utilize provided tools and systems to streamline clinical planning and maintain ethical standards of care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. An active BCBA certification is required for this position.
