Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs while managing a caseload of clients. They are responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes and utilizing provided tools to streamline administrative tasks.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. An active BCBA certification is required for this position.
