Key Responsibilities
The BCBA will provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs while managing a caseload within the clinic. They are responsible for implementing quality assurance systems and ensuring high-quality, ethical clinical outcomes for clients.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field. An active BCBA certification is required for this position.
