Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients' functional status and develop individualized care plans to improve mobility and independence within their homes. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure high-quality, coordinated patient care.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and possess a current state license. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience is required, along with a valid driver's license and current CPR certification.
