Key Responsibilities
The Associate Therapist provides individual, family, and group therapy sessions while developing and implementing client-centered treatment plans. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or psychology. A limited license in the state of Michigan is required, and at least one year of experience with mental health diagnoses is strongly preferred.
