Key Responsibilities

The counselor will conduct addiction assessments, develop personalized service plans, and facilitate group and individual therapy sessions. They will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide trauma-informed care and support clients in achieving their recovery goals.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a CADCI or CADCII certification and possess knowledge of trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing. Experience with child welfare, gender-specific populations, or the criminal justice system is preferred.
