Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to improve functional mobility and independence. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and educating families on care and discharge planning.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program and hold an active California PTA license. Current BLS certification and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team are required.
