Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant implements individualized treatment plans and assists the primary physical therapist with patient evaluations and complex procedures. They provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate’s Degree from an accredited college or university and possess a valid physical therapy assistant license in Washington. A current CPR certification is also required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and squatting.
