Provides physical therapy treatments and functional activity training to patients in a home health setting under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Documents patient interventions and provides education to patients and caregivers regarding their care plan.
Requires a high school diploma or GED, with an associate degree and two years of technical experience preferred. Must hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license, CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver's license.
