Key Responsibilities

The Lead Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients to improve treatment programs while providing clinical mentorship to department staff. They also serve as a departmental resource and ensure accurate clinical documentation is completed within deadlines.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and possess a valid state physical therapy license. Preferred qualifications include five years of technical experience, two years of leadership experience, and one year of experience in an acute care facility.
