Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant provides skilled rehabilitation interventions under the direction of a supervising therapist to improve resident mobility and functional independence. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate clinical documentation and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality resident care.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and possess a current California PTA license. Previous experience in skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation settings is preferred.
