Job Description

Chiropractor — Full-Time or Part-Time

Grand Junction, Colorado | The Joint Chiropractic – Grand Junction Rimrock

Build your career. Serve your community. Enjoy where you live.

Are you a great chiropractor who wants to focus on what matters most—your patients?

Do you enjoy helping people feel better, educating them about their health, and building relationships that encourage consistent, ongoing chiropractic care?

Are you tired of the paperwork, insurance headaches, marketing, scheduling, billing, and administrative responsibilities that come with running a traditional chiropractic office?

What if you could focus on being the chiropractor?

At The Joint Chiropractic – Grand Junction Rimrock, our clinic team handles the business and administrative side so you can concentrate on providing excellent patient care, educating your patients, and making a difference in their health and wellness.

We're looking for a motivated, personable Doctor of Chiropractic to join our growing team. We welcome both full-time and part-time chiropractors, including experienced DCs and new graduates who are ready to build their careers.

Why Grand Junction?

  • Grand Junction isn't just a place to work—it's a place to live.
  • Located on Colorado's Western Slope, Grand Junction offers an incredible combination of outdoor adventure, affordability, community, and quality of life.
  • Spend your days helping patients and your time off doing what you love:
  • Hiking and exploring Colorado National Monument
  • World-class mountain biking
  • Skiing and mountain recreation within easy reach
  • Camping, climbing, rafting, hunting, fishing and more
  • More sunshine and a lower cost of living than many Colorado mountain communities
  • Our patient base includes athletes, families, working professionals, active adults, and retirees who believe in taking care of themselves and making chiropractic care part of their routine.
  • And we're growing.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?

  • At The Joint Chiropractic, you can focus on what you became a chiropractor to do:
  • Take care of people.

Our model is designed to provide convenient, affordable chiropractic care without requiring patients to navigate the traditional insurance-based system.

That Means

  • Less paperwork
  • Less administrative burden
  • No insurance billing headaches
  • No need to spend your day chasing accounts receivable
  • A dedicated clinic team supporting the patient experience
  • More time adjusting, educating, and connecting with patients

Your job is to be the doctor—not the office manager, marketer, scheduler, bill collector, and everything else that can take you away from patient care.

You'll work alongside a supportive Wellness Coordinator and clinic team in a modern, fast-paced environment with an established patient flow.

We Believe in Patient Education & Continuing Care

  • We don't believe chiropractic care should only happen when someone is hurting.
  • We believe patients should understand why routine chiropractic care can be an important part of their overall wellness journey.
  • As the DC, you'll play an important role in that process.

You'll Have the Opportunity To

  • Listen to patients and understand their individual goals
  • Educate patients about chiropractic care and wellness
  • Explain the importance of consistency and continuity of care
  • Help patients understand their recommended care and why it matters
  • Build trust and long-term relationships
  • Encourage patients to take an active role in their health
  • Develop individualized Wellness Plans based on the patient's needs

Follow Patients Throughout Their Ongoing Wellness Journey

This isn't about simply getting patients on and off the table.

It's about creating an experience where patients understand their care, see the value in it, and want to continue taking care of themselves.

The DC We're Looking For

We're looking for a chiropractor who is:

  • Confident and skilled in their adjusting abilities
  • Primarily comfortable utilizing diversified adjusting techniques
  • Passionate about patient care and wellness
  • A strong communicator and patient educator
  • Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoys people
  • Comfortable working with a diverse patient population
  • Comfortable in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Interested in building meaningful patient relationships
  • Focused on continuity of care and long-term patient wellness
  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
  • A team player who contributes to a positive clinic culture
  • Open to learning and continuing to grow professionally
  • Someone who wants to make a difference in the community
  • Most importantly, we want someone who cares about people.
  • New graduates are absolutely encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced chiropractors are encouraged to apply as well.

If you are a DC who wants to grow, learn, educate, build relationships, and become part of a team—not simply clock in and clock out—we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional chiropractic care and helping patients understand the value of consistent chiropractic wellness.

Your Day May Include

  • Providing high-quality chiropractic adjustments
  • Primarily utilizing diversified adjusting techniques
  • Performing patient consultations and examinations as appropriate
  • Educating patients about chiropractic care and wellness
  • Developing and communicating appropriate care recommendations
  • Helping patients understand the importance of routine and continued care
  • Building relationships with patients and becoming part of their wellness journey
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Working closely with the Wellness Coordinator and clinic team
  • Communicating effectively with patients and team members
  • Contributing to a positive, professional, welcoming patient experience

You'll see a variety of patients and conditions, giving you the opportunity to adjust, communicate, educate, and grow every day.

What You Bring

Required

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
  • Valid Colorado chiropractic license, or ability to obtain one
  • Eligibility for malpractice coverage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing quality patient care
