Job Description
We are looking for a LICENSED CHIROPRACTOR to join our team!
Salary: $87,000 - $111,000 annual (Based on active certifications and relevant experience)
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Toms River, NJ and surrounding areas (within approximately a 15-mile radius)

Thompson Healthcare & Sports Medicine (THSM) recently partnered with Atlantic Health Systems in an effort to grow our medical neighborhood, and our plan is to grow that medical neighborhood fast!
With a goal to get patients out of pain and keep them out of pain, THSM has effectively achieved an extremely high satisfaction rate from our patients.
Located throughout New Jersey, THSM takes a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care by offering a variety of treatments and services including but not limited to: Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, and Physical Medicine services.
Each discipline collaborates with years of experience to curate individualized treatment plans for our patients, focusing on a multi-disciplinary approach that benefits them most.
THSM is looking for team members who want to make a difference in people's lives through high-quality treatment and patient-centered, evidence-based care to excel in patient outcomes. We are excited to be growing our team of incredible providers!
Office Hours
- Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Tuesday / Thursday: 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM
Office closed from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM for lunch breaks and documentation time.
No weekend patient hours.
Job Duties (Including But Not Limited To)
- High quality patient treatment
- Patient care coordination
- Patient case management and setting treatment plans
- Generating internal and external patient referrals
- Attend internal and external company marketing events
- Accurate treatment documentation
- Attending company trainings
- Adhering to company policies

Requirements
Candidates must be licensed chiropractors capable of delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care. The role requires strong organizational skills for case management and the ability to collaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary medical environment.
