On-Site Location: 1934 Old Gallows Road Suite 210 Vienna, Virginia
Schedule: Enjoy a full-time weekday-only schedule, working Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with two evenings each week from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Compensation:
Associate/Provisional License: $65,000 – $72,000 annually
Fully Licensed Clinicians: $72,000 – $80,000 annually
Supervision is provided for provisionally licensed therapists.

Our growing Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is seeking passionate, skilled therapists who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adolescents (ages 12-17) and their families.
Responsibilities
Personalized Caseloads: Manage a small caseload of up to eight to ten clients, providing high-quality, individualized care with a commitment to family programming and parent coaching.
Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions that integrate trauma-informed care and systemic approaches to create meaningful change in families.
Develop comprehensive discharge plans for students, ensuring thorough review with both students and their family members.
Maintain compliance with treatment standards through meticulous and timely documentation of notes and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standard requirements.
Client-Centered Approach: Provide client-centered care, tailoring therapy to meet individual, group, & family therapy needs.
Cultural Competency: Apply developmentally appropriate and culturally competent care, addressing the unique psychological needs of each client.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
Active Virginia licensure or eligibility for one of the following:
LMSW, LGPC, LGMFT (Associate/Provisional)
LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT (Fully Licensed)
Preferred Experience:
1+ year of clinical experience in an outpatient, IOP, or PHP setting.
Experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
Passion for working with adolescent and families.
Strong clinical documentation and diagnostic skills.
Familiarity with outcome-based treatment planning and assessments.
Willingness to obtain a CAQH profile and NPI during onboarding.
