Key Responsibilities
- Available to primary care providers for behavioral health staffing and consultation.
- Collects psycho-social data about individuals and provide gathered information to providers to assist them in managing medical care.
- Perform mental health evaluations utilizing approved evaluation tools assessing amenability to mental health treatment and level of care needed.
Requirements
- Two years of clinical practice with underserved populations desired.
- Skills: Knowledge of available community linkage resources.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills required.
