Outpatient Primary Therapist III

Join Advocate Health as a Outpatient Primary Therapist – No Weekends in Georgia. Department: 36608 Floyd Behavioral Health Services - Behavioral Health O/P: Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Weekday, Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p. No major holidays or weekends.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates Patient Care Facilitates group therapy and develops programming and therapeutic treatment for identified patients.

• Establishes and maintains positive relationships with patients, physicians, allied health professionals and all referral sources.

• Plans and facilitates daily adult groups including, but not limited to educational groups and Psychotherapy (talk therapy) groups and other groups as assigned.

• Works cooperatively with Inpatient and Outpatient Manager in program development.

Requirements

• Standing and walking for extensive periods of time.

• Occasionally lifts and carries weight up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols with vision and hearing within normal range to respond to Code alerts and equipment alarms.

Benefits & Compensation

• Pay rate: $33.05 - $49.60/hour.

• PSLF eligible (Public Service Loan Forgiveness).

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.

• No weekends required.
