Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily milieu of the facility to ensure client safety and a therapeutic environment. They provide direct support to clients, document clinical progress, and collaborate with the treatment team to facilitate interventions.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least one year of experience working with clients with mental health issues and a high school diploma or equivalent. Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days are required.
