Key Responsibilities

The Behavioral Health Technician manages the daily milieu of the facility to ensure client safety and a therapeutic environment. They assist clients with daily living needs, document client status, and collaborate with the clinical team to provide appropriate interventions.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with clients with mental health issues and a high school diploma or equivalent. Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification within 30 days are required.
